Aerotek offers a structured 16-week training program during which the company provides a base salary. After successful completion of this training, you will earn a base salary of $65,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission, along with performance-based incentives (quarterly bonuses, all-expense paid trip, company funded investment plan). Additional benefits include (but not limited to):
Projected Account Manager (Sales) Earnings:
Year 1: $65,000+
Year 2: $105,000
Year 3: $132,000
