Help strengthen the controls that keep our operations running smoothly. As a Compliance Analyst I on our Operational Services team, you’ll conduct operational audits and projects that measure the effectiveness of internal and operational controls—then translate what you find into clear, practical recommendations that help our partner groups stay compliant and accountable.

What you’ll do

  • Drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including Federal, State, and local wage and hour requirements) and reinforce adherence to internal operational controls across partner groups (FSG, OSG, Front Office, and Field).
  • Maintain database integrity for compliance documentation, including Service Agreements, Exhibit A/rate documentation, Exhibit B/screening requirement documentation, and pre-employment paperwork.
  • Support weekly operational scorecard compliance by distributing accurate audits and reporting to partner groups.
  • Distribute assigned queries and audits accurately and on time to partner and customer groups.
  • Use audit results to increase compliance and accountability across partner and customer groups.
  • Complete ad hoc assignments, projects, and audits as needed.
  • Answer questions and provide guidance to support groups related to audits and compliance processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and audits to create efficiencies within the Operational Compliance Department.

What you’ll bring

  • Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Access (including Excel testing).
  • Action-oriented with a consistent focus on internal and external customers.
  • Clear, concise communicator with the ability to share audit results and decisions with partner/support groups.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable “living in the grey” to weigh risk versus reward.
  • Highly organized; able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter mindset with a consistent drive for results and self-development.
  • Team-focused approach—pushes self and teammates for outcomes.
