As a Recruiter, You Will

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in helping individuals find meaningful employment while supporting our clients' workforce needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, sourcing, and engaging qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting channels
• Conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
• Building talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
• Partnering closely with Account Managers to understand client hiring demands, target skill sets, and market trends
• Developing strong relationships with candidates, contractors, industry professionals, and referral networks
• Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Managing the onboarding process and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Staying informed on local labor market trends and workforce conditions
• Participating in community engagement, volunteer initiatives, and networking events to expand Aerotek's presence and impact

Compensation & Rewards

We believe exceptional performance deserves exceptional rewards.

Upon successful completion of our salaried non-exempt 13 week training period ($40k annualized plus OT), Recruiters earn a base salary of $45,000 annually plus uncapped weekly commission, giving you the opportunity to directly impact your earnings through your performance. After one year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 annually, while maintaining eligibility for commission and additional performance-based incentives.

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
