HR/Field Operations Assistant
Compensation: $52K paid hourly + monthly bonus potential up to $333 (4K per year)

Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant/ Field Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring our customers – including but not limited to contract employees, clients, program offices, and alternative delivery teams – receive superior support from offer accepted through start and management of all onboarding responsibilities. This is a customer-facing role, sitting at the front desk. This individual will support customer interactions, problem resolution, and maintaining general office operations, via telephone, email, and in-person.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding
- Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.
- Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet (e.g., authorization forms, drug tests, background checks etc.) and update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until candidate is cleared to start
Contractor Onboarding
- Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience
- Receive and review onboarding trigger Ensure accurate and timely entry of candidate data, onboarding process updates, and all other required documentation within the onboarding and compliance process
- Document all candidate/contractor touchpoints and communicate updates in a timely manner
- Coordinate contractor orientations, I9s, and other onboarding requirements within the local field office
- Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors
- Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents, expired compliance)
- Manage the HR folder process to ensure onboarding paperwork is completed in a timely manner
Operational Support Activities
- Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)
- Maintain outstanding levels of administrative support to all internal and external employees and resolve issues related to process and technology questions
- Serve as primary liaison between field office producers and corporate or center-based teams, and find opportunities to drive partnerships between the center and field employees
- Provide education and accountability to field office/VOP producers around important processes, including timely ESF submittal, timely CRG submittal, timely finish ESF submittal, etc.
- Serve as point of contact for real estate communications (support any in-office updates/moves/installations), and property management
- In partnership with FOS, manage office purchasing (P-card reconciliation) and vendor management (copier maintenance, kitchen appliance service, etc.)
- Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and office directory

- 2 + years’ experience in a customer service-related position

Aerotek has an immediate opening for an ONSITEProject Accountant at the corproate office in Hanover, MD.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the monthly reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts, and Financial Statement preparation and analysis for service related offerings. The position is also responsible for monthly preparation of recurring and ad-hoc journal entries required for the month-end close. Other responsibilities include providing ad-hoc reporting, analysis and support to operational leaders, research and resolution of unbilled revenue, assisting in the annual audit, and maintaining accounting documentation. A qualified candidate must have strong analytical skills and be able to get to the root cause of issues with moderate guidance, and must be extremely detailed oriented and organized and have a strong understanding of GAAP. Candidate should possess the ability to train a team on new processes that will be integrated into the normal operating rhythm. The individual also needs to be professional, accountable, and action-oriented.
Essential Functions:
· Analyze monthly balance sheet variances
· Responsible for month end close of the general ledger
· Assist with interim and year-end audit
· Prepare intercompany entries in HFM and coordinate with counterparts to resolve discrepancies.
· Accounting for special projects
· Perform analysis on Mark-up and billable expenses
· Assist with ad-hoc projects
Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:
· 3 to 5 years experience in a related role
· Public accounting or auditing experience a plus
· Hyperion Financial Management experience a plus
· Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Have strong written and oral communication skills
· Be capable of handling multiple tasks
· Ability to build cross department relationships and have a basic understanding of these departments
Special Requirements:
· BS in Accounting
· PeopleSoft experience
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
