Job Summary:
The On Premise Recruiter's (OPR) primary responsibility is to recruit the contractors of the account. The OPR must have the ability to effectively communicate to contractors, potential contractors, client contacts and internal contacts. The OPR is responsible for all steps associated with identification, screening for proper job fit, phone screens, references, coordination of testing (if applicable), and face to face interviews of potential contract employees. Other responsibilities may include customer specific reporting, contractor orientation, and site specific training.
Essential Functions:
· Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees interested in contract, contract to hire and direct placement employment
· Perform all necessary contractor screening to ensure the contractors' qualifications meet open positions (i.e. interviews, reference checks, skills testing, background checks, etc…)
· Maintain a daily call sheet to track contacts
· Identify and participate in networking activities such as attending career fairs as needed and cold calling on schools, organizations, and outplacement services to promote Aerotek Inc.
· Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary
· Maintain all documentation using Aerotek's online systems to track information and hiring metrics regarding candidates and sourcing strategies
· Responsible for obtaining production goals as specified
· Perform customer service related activities including, but not limited to client site walk-throughs and addressing contractor questions as needed.
· Conduct recurring contractor touchpoints which may or may not include performance feedback
· Maintain a professional work environment in alignment with current client culture
· Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution
Supervisory or Management Responsibilities:
· Does not have supervisory functions internally, however may assist with supervisor activities associated with contractor care defined in essential functions.

Job Summary: The On Premise Account Recruiting Manager (OPARM) is responsible for learning and executing the recruiting functions and service of assigned key active accounts. The OPARM works directly with available recruiting resources and customer support to ensure that the clients’ hiring needs and the contract employees’ payroll expectations are met.
Essential Functions:
· Ensure a high level of service to current key account customers and contractors
· Identify qualified candidates for openings at key large accounts using all available recruiting tools may need to work in collaboration with local offices and other VOP accounts
· Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors, and proactively marketing ideal candidates
· Allocate and collaborate with available recruiting and OP resources focusing on recruiting, managing candidates, performance feedback
· Perform and / or oversee administrative demands, per client/customer specifications

· Achieve spread growth through selling saturation of assigned active large and local accounts

Job Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for winning new accounts, expanding existing accounts, and providing exceptional service to all active and prospective customers. The Account Manager works directly with recruiting and customer support to ensure that the clients’ hiring needs and the contract employees’ payroll expectations are met. This person is responsible for managing the performance of one or more Recruiters.
Essential Functions:
- Achieve growth by winning new accounts and expanding current account relationships
- Establish (and adjust when necessary) a list of target accounts and prospects using all available internal and external resources
- Set meetings by differentiating themselves and Aerotek services
- Conduct well-prepared face to face meetings with decision makers; get results by asking appropriate questions that qualify business and take advantage of opportunities to create value and meet client needs
- Ensure that client needs are met by taking thorough requirements, prioritizing the requirements, and seeking feedback on our performance
- Maximize profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms; ensure that direct labor rates are in line with market standards
- Build and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality contractors; proactively market resumes of ideal candidates
- Perform sales related activities including, but not limited to leading meetings at client sites and client manager, and contractor lunches
- Communicate account knowledge to team members through meetings
- Manage and develop business partnership with recruiter(s) by reinforcing recruiting fundamentals, requiring accountability and providing consistent feedback
- Manage recruiter performance
Supervisory or Management Responsibilities:
Executes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
